A certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Parwinder applies the Whole Brain® thinking model to deliver customer workshops for teams and individuals. A qualified neuro-linguistic master practitioner, Parwinder has a holistic approach to both her training and coaching, using a wide variety of tools to enable change.
In her spare time, Parwinder is a school governor for a primary and secondary school and a mentor for women entrepreneurs in developing countries. Both roles have enabled her to give back to the broader community and allowed her to learn new perspectives. She has also gained an understanding of the complexities of education and the barriers women face in setting up business overseas.
Chris is a senior programme manager for Axiom International Limited, coordinating the delivery of security and justice support across the police, justice, coastguard and military sectors of Somaliland. He was previously seconded to the International Security Advisory Team (ISAT) in Sierra Leone through the Stabilisation Unit. Chris has worked within a small, multi-disciplinary team of military and policing specialists that support the Sierra Leone Police and the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces.
Chris is a strategic police adviser experienced in delivering Security Sector Reform (SSR), and is a graduate of the International Police Advisers’ Masterclass 2018. He is a qualified teacher, trainer and executive coach focused on Emotional Intelligence (EQi-2.0). He is also an experienced programme and project manager with skills in crisis management and preparedness through exercising.
Sue has vast experience as a strategic leader with a significant and successful track record of leading and delivering performance improvement and genuine transformational change in large, complex organisations. During her 30 year policing career she had extensive operations management and crisis management experience. Her depth and breadth of relationships across both the private and public sector are matched by her excellent record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and collaborative ventures.
She thrives on supporting others to achieve new goals. She also enjoys public speaking and through this is able to inspire and motivate others.
Sue has developed her own brand of coaching through Starfish Consulting and offers strategic leadership, change management and equality expertise to the public and private sectors. Her experience gives her the skills to deliver leadership training and executive coaching to senior leaders that will enable them to optimise their performance.
Rob has 32 years’ experience in the police service and the private sector in: law enforcement, security, operational planning, traffic management, community relations and advanced IT solutions. Rob is an experienced senior manager with a proven track record in delivering outstanding performance.
A skilled manager of people and resources at a strategic and tactical level, Rob can ensure teams understand their roles and help them provide high quality services. He has excellent skills in dealing with human resources and finances having led and developed large teams and delivered major change programmes. Rob has developed his personal skills to ensure highly professional delivery in a variety of diverse roles.
