What we do
Developing talent for tomorrow, by having courageous conversations
We are a team of leadership and inclusion specialists with a passion for providing training & development interventions that benefit the individual, the team and the organisation.
We work with organisations to identify and create bespoke training solutions that provide real change and results.
We specialise in Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, EQi Coaching, and Positive Action Programmes.
Our priority is to help you nurture the talent of tomorrow, improve relationships, and create high performing happy teams.
There are a number of leadership training programmes that we can design from developing confidence to improving leadership skills, and in every case, we will help you achieve the results you want. Our Positive Action Leadership programmes are accredited by the ILM.
Deep Insight is here to work with your organisation to examine behaviours and operations and look at how services can be improved. This is not orthodox coaching, but a road to discovery. We use tools such as EQi-2.0 to ask pertinent, challenging questions that will inspire employees to realise their full potential in the workplace and encourage them to continuously improve.
If you are providing a service, it is essential that you understand and appreciate the people using that service. It is critical that your organisation understands the nuances, cultural issues and different ways of thinking that different communities may have, as this will ensure you provide the most effective service.

He coached senior managers at the BMW Academy and was sought after for his expertise in learning and development. College of Policing
Kul as lead trainer for the Kenyan Senior Command and Leadership Programme has delivered to the required standards of the COP. He exceeded my expectations where he has now inspired key stakeholders such as the British High Commission and the Kenyan National Police Service, to develop a lasting legacy for the programme.
The programme lit a fire, a passion for development and learning, which I enjoy sharing with anyone who will listen! As a result of PeDALS, I was asked if I wanted to be a reverse mentor in a new pilot the organisation was trialling. It was refreshing to be approached and recognised for my skills and abilities, and the pilot was enlightening to take part in.
