What we do
Developing talent for tomorrow, by having courageous conversations
about us
We are a team of leadership and inclusion specialists with a passion for providing training & development interventions that benefit the individual, the team and the organisation.
We work with organisations to identify and create bespoke training solutions that provide real change and results.
We specialise in Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, EQi Coaching, and Positive Action Programmes.
Our priority is to help you nurture the talent of tomorrow, improve relationships, and create high performing happy teams.
COACHING
Deep Insight is here to work with your organisation to examine behaviours and operations and look at how services can be improved. This is not orthodox coaching, but a road to discovery. We use tools such as EQi-2.0 to ask pertinent, challenging questions that will inspire employees to realise their full potential in the workplace and encourage them to continuously improve.
Inclusive
Leaders
If you are providing a service, it is essential that you understand and appreciate the people using that service. It is critical that your organisation understands the nuances, cultural issues and different ways of thinking that different communities may have, as this will ensure you provide the most effective service.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY...
“I highly recommend Kul Verma as a Training Consultant. During 2014/15 as Deputy Chief Constable for Gloucestershire Police, I was the national lead for Mounted Policing and engaged Kul to strategically review National Police Mounted Training in England and Wales. Kul is a organised and articulate consultant that stimulates change and drives forwards strategy making real change. The training received was of the highest level.”
Chief Constable. Gloucestershire Police
“Kul is a focused and organised teacher that develops inspiring relationships with learners and with other staff members. He coached senior managers at the BMW Academy and was sought after for his expertise in learning and development. Kul was part of key change programmes such as career pathways and evaluation of learning that assisted organisational development at the Academy.”
S.Konieczny, BMW Training Academy
“Kul as lead trainer for the Kenyan Senior Command and Leadership Programme has delivered to the required standards of the COP. He exceeded my expectations where he has now inspired key stakeholders such as the British High Commission and the Kenyan National Police Service, to develop a lasting legacy for the programme.”
Julian Roadnight, College of Policing
“The programme lit a fire, a passion for development and learning, which I enjoy sharing with anyone who will listen! As a result of PeDALS, I was asked if I wanted to be a reverse mentor in a new pilot the organisation was trialling. It was refreshing to be approached and recognised for my skills and abilities, and the pilot was enlightening to take part in.”
PeDALS delegate, Greater Manchester Police
“Kul delivered Introduction to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training to a group of newly elected and returning county councillors. This was a well-received training course; all attendees rated it highly and would recommend to colleagues. The councillors found it encouraged them to think differently about diversity and inclusion and how it impacts on their work.”
