Founder and Director
Kul, is a senior consultant and a leading authority on training and organisational development. With over 34 years of experience working on leadership training, coaching and organisational change, Kul has worked at a national and international level providing expert assistance to help organisations grow talent, diversify their workforce and transform culture.
Kul has worked for governmental and non-governmental agencies to provide bespoke training solutions focusing on leadership development, sales negotiation skills and operations in complex environments. Kul delivers high-quality training and facilitation to diverse audiences internationally and has worked with a range of clients including BMW Group Academy, Greater Manchester Police, Royal Mail Group, IMA International, Royal Surrey Foundation and Portsmouth University.
Kul founded Deep Insight to deliver a fresh, modern and technologically advanced means of development to assist organisations with the challenges they face. Deep Insight has matured into a reliable, trusted and competent organisation that can deliver large projects for clients large or small. During her 30 years policing career in which she attained the role of Chief Constable, she had extensive operations management and crisis management experience.
MIKE
FRANKLIN
Consultant
Mike Franklin is a former Commissioner with the Independent Police Complaints Commission. He was also National Lead Commissioner for policy relating to Police Negotiators and stop & search powers. Mike was appointed as an Ambassador for the Ministry of Justice to encourage those from diverse communities to participate in public life.
In 2021 he was was appointed Joint Director of Equality and Inclusion for NHS England and NHS Improvement.
Chris weigold
Consultant
Chris has been a senior leader for 4 decades in a career spanning the military, business and policing sectors. He has a passion for helping other leaders to develop and a history of success in delivering organisational change. Chris leads an international training company assisting developing democracies and conflict affected states to improve their structures and processes. Currently based in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Chris has led reform programmes in West Africa, The Middle East, and East Africa and delivered training across Eastern Europe.
Beverley Thompson OBE

Beverley has over 30 years of Executive Leadership experience within the public, private and voluntary sector. A specialist in Equality, Diversity and Human Rights and the development of people based on merit and their capacity to succeed.
An expert in prison reform. She was awarded the OBE for service to Race & Equalities in the Criminal Justice System in 2000.
