Founder and Director
Kul, is a senior consultant and a leading authority on training and organisational development. With over 34 years of experience working on leadership training, coaching and organisational change, Kul has worked at a national and international level providing expert assistance to help organisations grow talent, diversify their workforce and transform culture.
Kul has worked for governmental and non-governmental agencies to provide bespoke training solutions focusing on leadership development, sales negotiation skills and operations in complex environments. Kul delivers high-quality training and facilitation to diverse audiences internationally and has worked with a range of clients including BMW Group Academy, Greater Manchester Police, Royal Mail Group, IMA International, Royal Surrey Foundation and Portsmouth University.
Kul founded Deep Insight to deliver a fresh, modern and technologically advanced means of development to assist organisations with the challenges they face. Deep Insight has matured into a reliable, trusted and competent organisation that can deliver large projects for clients large or small. Sue has vast experience as a strategic leader with a significant and successful track record of leading and delivering performance improvement and genuine transformational change in large, complex organisations.
During her 30 years policing career in which she attained the role of Chief Constable, she had extensive operations management and crisis management experience.
A certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Parwinder applies the Whole Brain® thinking model to deliver customer workshops for teams and individuals. A qualified neuro-linguistic master practitioner, Parwinder has a holistic approach to both her training and coaching, using a wide variety of tools to enable change.
Chris is a senior programme manager for Axiom International Limited, coordinating the delivery of security and justice support across the police, justice, coastguard and military sectors of Somaliland. He was previously seconded to the International Security Advisory Team (ISAT) in Sierra Leone through the Stabilisation Unit.
Beverley Thompson OBE
Beverley has over 30 years of Executive Leadership experience within the public, private and voluntary sector. A specialist in Equality, Diversity and Human Rights and the development of people based on merit and their capacity to succeed.
An expert in prison reform. She was awarded the OBE for service to Race & Equalities in the Criminal Justice System in 2000.
