In October 2025, Deep Insight was honoured to deliver the CT Criminal Justice Senior Leadership Programme to Uganda’s criminal justice agencies, including the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) and the Uganda Police Force.
This initiative was made possible through the support of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)and the British High Commission in Uganda, whose partnership was instrumental in bringing this programme to life.

This wasn’t just a programme, it was a shared journey with a clear purpose: to develop inclusive leaders who will keep the people of Uganda safe and confident in the institutions that serve them.
We witnessed first-hand how collaboration, mutual respect, and shared purpose can transform the way agencies work together. Leaders emerged who listen deeply, value diverse perspectives, and lead not just with authority — but with empathy and vision.

Together, we laid the foundations for a criminal justice system that is responsive, accountable, and inclusive — one that inspires public confidence and ensures that every person in Uganda can live free from fear.
The programme concluded with remarks from British High Commissioner Lisa Chesney MBE and Assistant Inspector General of Police Kafeero Moses, whose presence underscored the significance of this work for Uganda’s criminal justice agencies.
Deep Insight is incredibly proud to have been part of this important step forward as our track record in international leadership development grows stronger. And this is just the beginning, because when leadership is inclusive, everyone is safer.
