What an incredible experience for the Deep Insight team while exhibiting at this year's Diversity and Inclusion Conference in London! We were honoured to share our mission and connect with so many passionate change-makers who are driving the EDI agenda forward.
Our CEO (Dr Kul Verma) took centre stage as part of a powerful panel tackling the question: “Why doesn’t EDI stick?” It was a candid and courageous conversation, challenging organisations to look beyond checkboxes and buzzwords, and to reconnect with the ‘why’ behind their inclusion efforts.
He posed the vital question: “Are you an inclusive leader? If yes—how do you know?”
This question struck a chord with the audience and brought home our belief at Deep Insight; real transformation starts with courageous conversations. We help brave organisations cut through the noise and get to the heart of inclusive leadership by grounding it in purpose, business relevance, and measurable action.
We were proud to be joined by our brilliant colleague Michelle Wallace at the stand to engage with so many inspiring individuals and organisations committed to moving the dial on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
